Overlooking Lake Zurich, this duplex apartment was designed for a young family with two children. The brief called for a timeless yet cozy home—layering warm tones and classic design pieces with a child-friendly, easy-to-maintain approach. Special attention was given to decorative lighting and carefully curated artworks sourced from international art fairs, adding character and individuality while remaining practical for a busy household. Working to a strict deadline, we balanced new selections with retained elements, navigating the complexities of Swiss logistics and sourcing. The result is a refined yet welcoming space that harmonizes with its natural surroundings while meeting the everyday needs of family life.
